A mixture of Intention and Beauty, protective embroidery has been alive throughout time. A hand-making practice rooted in Community, Ancestry, Safety, and Hope. We will take a look at embroidery’s role throughout the past, learn several techniques, and you will leave with your own protective embroidered piece of clothing or fabric.
You have the option to bring an item of clothing suitable for embroidery (jean, canvas, linen any non-stretch fabric) OR use a provided a hoop and your choice of provided fabric.
All other necessities will be provided.
